During the coordination process, we’ll refine your itinerary through a few rounds of thoughtful edits to ensure every detail feels right. My goal is to maximize the value of your time and investment, so open communication is encouraged as I design a trip tailored specifically to you.

4) On Your Way

Once your proposal is approved, I’ll handle all bookings and keep you updated throughout the process. We’ll connect for a final walk-through call 3–4 weeks before departure, and you’ll receive your full itinerary and travel documents. I’m available before, during, and after your trip—so you can travel with confidence and simply enjoy.
